The structural backbone of a council. Per member: personal details, contacts, family and household, baptism and profession of faith, marriage and death, ward assignments, office bearer roles, emergency contacts. Always the full context, not isolated rows.

Wards on a map. Elders see only their own.
Every member's home on a map. Plan boundaries geographically and assign elders and deacons. An elder sees only their ward, and pastoral logs respect the same scope. Redraw any time — the system reassigns.
03 — Pastoral care

Record visits, calls and prayer requests with rich text, photos and voice notes. Follow-ups with due dates. Auto-generated weekly ward reports. Sensitive notes flagged private — only the elder and pastor see them.

Migration is the biggest friction in switching, so we made it our job. Send us member registers, trial balance and historic journals in any format (CSV, Excel, PDFs, scanned paper). Our team handles the import. Most councils consolidate in a single weekend.
