- Automatic format detection: column layout, date format and decimal separator are inferred per file by AI — no rigid templates, no manual column mapping.
- Tested across ABSA, FNB, Capitec, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Investec, TymeBank and Discovery Bank exports; any other CSV/PDF/Excel layout works without setup.
- Around 90% of transactions are classified automatically with a chart-of-accounts category and a member match — every suggestion is reviewed before posting.
- Trial-balance import now uses the same AI-driven column detection, so opening balances from any legacy accounting program come across cleanly.
- Stronger guardrails: nothing is auto-committed, and a hard validation gate prevents broken transactions from reaching the ledger.
- Centurion (10.00) bug: parenthesised fee notation in the description column is no longer misread as the transaction amount.
- Rietvallei CSV regression: dates that arrive as 8-digit numbers (e.g. 20260421) now parse correctly instead of being treated as Excel serials.

Finance now uses a real double-entry ledger with multi-leg journal entries — split a single payment across multiple categories, track balanced debits and credits, and keep an audit-ready trail.
- Every transaction is now a parent transaction with one or more balanced legs (debit / credit). The system enforces that legs balance before posting.
- Journal entries can split across multiple chart-of-accounts lines, envelopes and members in a single transaction.
- Transaction table is expandable — click a row to see every leg, the account it hit, and which member or envelope it belongs to.
- Paystack records and the accounting ledger are now two parallel streams with their own tables — clearer separation between online giving and posted bookkeeping.
- Every leg traces from the parent transaction to either a bank account row or a chart-of-accounts line, with full source / user / timestamp metadata for audit.
- Reviewed transactions are no longer auto-approved — every entry now requires explicit finance-officer review before it lands in the ledger.

Reports now have more filters, you can choose your column order, and date columns can be sorted by month and day for birthday lists. Initials are also now available.
- Choose the order of columns when you build a report. Drag columns up and down, or use the arrow buttons. The CSV downloads in exactly that order.
- Filter reports by supplementary roles (Finance, Sister, Catechist, Catechism Manager).
- Filter reports by marital status (Single, Married, Widowed, Divorced, Separated).
- Sort date columns by month and day only (ignoring the year) — ideal for birthday lists. Just keep clicking the date column header.
- Initials is now a new field on member profiles, the member table, reports, and the Reformeer app.
- The CSV download now always shows exactly what you see on screen — same columns, order, and sorting.
- Supplementary roles filter was not recognised as active, which prevented saving reports — now fixed.
