For ARP churchesMember and family registers, session-led oversight, deacon-managed diaconal funds, and a Reformed AI grounded in the Westminster Standards. The operating system for the Associate Reformed Presbyterian congregation, Seceder roots and all.
Confessional by design
Reformeer is built on Presbyterian church order from the ground up — the rolls, the session, the diaconate, certificates of transfer, and the General Synod above them. The same Westminster polity the ARP has carried since the Seceders and Covenanters united in 1782 — older than the republic it serves.

From councils running Reformeer
“Gereformeerde Kerk Bloemburg recently moved over to Reformeer to simplify our congregation's administration. The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and functional. Good ad-ministration contributes to good ministry — and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer!”

“Reformeer brings administration, financial management, pastoral care and communication together in one powerful platform — available in both Afrikaans and English.”
Deon Venter·Scribe, GK Rietvallei“The support has been exceptional. The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.”

Example questions
Other church not on Reformeer yet? We email the request — no account needed.
Office · Certificates of transfer
When a member moves to another ARP congregation, the new church requests the certificate of transfer in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically — no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.
Heritage
Reformeer isn't built by a vendor that happens to sell to churches. It's built and maintained by confessional Reformed elders and pastors — people who keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way your church does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then made it available to the wider Reformed world.
Built by Reformed elders, not a vendor · 24+ congregations on the platform
Pricing
No per-seat fees. No contracts. Every elder, deacon, pastor, and finance officer gets their own login. Cancel any time.
Questions
Online giving — where members give to their church through Reformeer — is not currently available for US congregations. US churches manage giving through their existing provider. Everything else is fully available now.
Yes. Send us your data in any format — spreadsheet, CSV, export from your current system. Our team handles the migration. Most sessions are fully migrated within a week.
Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and more. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
