Built for the church of the Heidelberg Catechism.

Member and family registers, consistory oversight, deacon-managed diaconal funds, and a Reformed AI that has read your confessions. For the German Reformed congregation that has kept the Heidelberg Catechism for three centuries.

Used by 24+ confessional Reformed congregations worldwide. Built by confessional Reformed elders, not a software vendor.

$99/month, unlimited users, no contract.

Built for Reformed polity, not adapted for it.

Reformeer is built on Reformed church order from the ground up: the membership rolls, the consistory, the classis, and the synod above them. The German Reformed order the RCUS has carried unbroken since 1725, the continuing church that declined the merger of 1934 and kept the old confession.

In their own words.

GK Bloemburg
The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer.
Dirk, GK Bloemburg

Membership transferred automatically

Other church not on Reformeer yet? We email the request, no account needed.

Membership transfers between congregations, automated.

When a member moves to another RCUS congregation, the new church requests the transfer in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically. No re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.

Built by a church, not a software company.

Office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA) build and maintain Reformeer. The GKSA confesses the same Three Forms of Unity your churches hold. We built what our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed world.

Built and maintained by office-bearers in the GKSA, which confesses the same Three Forms of Unity as your churches.

One price. Everything included.

Most church software charges per member, per user or per module. Reformeer is one flat price for the whole church, with unlimited members and the cited Reformed AI included.
