Reformed by design

Built for Reformed polity, not adapted for it.

Most church software was built for megachurch or Baptist polity and adapted for everyone else. Reformeer was built from the ground up on Reformed church order: household registers with baptism and profession of faith, elder-led ward shepherding, deacon-managed diaconal funds, confessional attestations. The same polity the URCNA has practised since 1996.

From councils running Reformeer

What councils are saying.

Gereformeerde Kerk Bloemburg recently moved over to Reformeer to simplify our congregation's administration. The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and functional. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer!

Reformeer has dramatically simplified our congregational administration. We pull member lists in seconds, professionally laid out and ready to use, and adding and archiving members is fast and tidy, with a proof of membership generated automatically.

Reformeer brings administration, financial management, pastoral care and communication together in one powerful platform, available in both Afrikaans and English.

The support has been exceptional. The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.

Office · Attestations

Attestations between congregations, automated.

When a member moves to another URCNA congregation, the new church requests the attestation in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically, no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.

Heritage

Built by a church, not a software company.

Reformeer is built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA), a church that confesses the same Three Forms of Unity your churches hold. We keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way your consistory does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed world.

Built and maintained by office-bearers in the GKSA, which confesses the same Three Forms of Unity as your churches.

Pricing

One price. Everything included.

Most church software charges per member, per user, or per module. Reformeer is one flat price for the whole church: every elder, deacon, pastor and finance officer included, unlimited members, and the cited Reformed AI no other platform has.

Questions

Does Reformeer support online giving for US churches?

Online giving, where members give to their church through Reformeer, is not currently available for US congregations. US churches manage giving through their existing provider (Tithe.ly, Vanco, or similar). Everything else (member management, pastoral care, accounting, and Reformed Intelligence) is fully available now.

Can we import our existing member data?

Yes. Send us your data in any format: spreadsheet, CSV, export from your current system. Our team handles the migration. Most councils are fully migrated within a week.

Which US bank statements does Reformeer support?

Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and more. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
