Member and family registers, session-led oversight, deacon-managed mercy ministry, and a Reformed AI grounded in the Westminster Standards. The operating system for the PCA congregation, from church plant to thousand-member parish.
Used by 24+ confessional Reformed congregations worldwide. Built by confessional Reformed elders, not a software vendor.
$99/month, unlimited users, no contract.
Most church software is built for the megachurch and stretched to fit everyone else. Reformeer is built on Presbyterian church order from the ground up: the rolls, the session, the diaconate, and the letters of transfer the PCA's Book of Church Order has governed since the church was constituted in 1973. The courts of the church are first-class here, not bolted onto a generic database.
Six parts that work as one. Start with what presses hardest; grow into the rest.
GK Bloemburg“The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer.”
GK Brooklyn“We pull member lists in seconds, professionally laid out and ready to use. Adding and archiving members is fast and tidy, with a proof of membership generated automatically.”
GK Nelspruit“I felt comfortable trying things out, knowing any possible 'mistakes' could be put right. Reformeer is reachable from any device, so the congregation's information is always accessible. The support and customer service is phenomenal.”
GK Rietvallei“Reformeer brings administration, financial management, pastoral care and communication together in one powerful platform, available in both Afrikaans and English.”
GK Centurion“The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.”
Reformed Intelligence answers from 930+ primary sources with exact citations: the Westminster Standards, the great Reformed theologians, and 150 years of Reformed synod and assembly records, plus your own session minutes. Other church not on Reformeer yet? We email the request, no account needed.
When a member moves to another PCA congregation, the new church requests the letter of transfer in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically, no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.
Reformeer is built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA), part of the same broad Reformed family as your churches. We keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way a confessional church does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed and Presbyterian world.
Built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the GKSA.
Most church software charges per member, per user, or per module. Reformeer is one flat price for the whole church: every elder, deacon, pastor and finance officer included, unlimited members, and the cited Reformed AI no other platform has.
No per-seat fees. No contracts. Every elder, deacon, pastor, and finance officer gets their own login. Cancel any time.

Online giving, where members give to their church through Reformeer, is not currently available for US congregations. US churches manage giving through their existing provider (Tithe.ly, Vanco, or similar). Everything else (member management, pastoral care, accounting, and Reformed Intelligence) is fully available now.
Yes. Send us your data in any format: spreadsheet, CSV, export from your current system. Our team handles the migration. Most sessions are fully migrated within a week.
Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and more. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
