Reformed by design

Built for Reformed polity, not adapted for it.

Reformeer is built on Reformed church order from the ground up — the membership rolls, the session, the diaconate, and the presbytery and synod above them. The confessional polity the Reformed Churches of New Zealand have kept since their first synod in Wellington in 1953 — uniquely holding the continental Three Forms and the Westminster Confession together.

From councils running Reformeer

What councils are saying.

Gereformeerde Kerk Bloemburg recently moved over to Reformeer to simplify our congregation's administration. The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and functional. Good ad-ministration contributes to good ministry — and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer!

Reformeer brings administration, financial management, pastoral care and communication together in one powerful platform — available in both Afrikaans and English.

The support has been exceptional. The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.

Membership transfers between congregations, automated.

When a member moves to another Reformed congregation, the new church requests the transfer in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically — no re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.

Heritage

Built by a church, not a software company.

Reformeer isn't built by a vendor that happens to sell to churches. It's built and maintained by confessional Reformed elders and pastors — people who keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way your church does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then made it available to the wider Reformed world.
