For Free Reformed churches in Australia
Member and family registers, consistory oversight, deacon-managed diaconal funds, and a Reformed AI that has read your confessions. For the Free Reformed congregation in Australia, holding the Three Forms of Unity in the Liberated tradition.
Reformed by design
Reformeer is built on Reformed church order from the ground up: the membership rolls, the consistory, the diaconate, and the attestations that pass between congregations. The same Church Order the Free Reformed Churches of Australia have kept since the first congregation gathered at Armadale in 1951.

From councils running Reformeer
“Gereformeerde Kerk Bloemburg recently moved over to Reformeer to simplify our congregation's administration. The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and functional. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer!”

“Reformeer has dramatically simplified our congregational administration. We pull member lists in seconds, professionally laid out and ready to use, and adding and archiving members is fast and tidy, with a proof of membership generated automatically.”
Sanlie·GK Brooklyn“Reformeer brings administration, financial management, pastoral care and communication together in one powerful platform, available in both Afrikaans and English.”
Deon·GK Rietvallei“The support has been exceptional. The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.”

Other church not on Reformeer yet? We email the request, no account needed.
Office · Attestations
When a member moves to another Free Reformed congregation, the new church requests the attestation in Reformeer. The old church approves it. Membership transfers automatically. No re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.
Heritage
Reformeer is built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA), a church that confesses the same Three Forms of Unity your churches hold. We keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way your consistory does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed world.
Built and maintained by office-bearers in the GKSA, which confesses the same Three Forms of Unity as your churches.
Pricing
Most church software charges per member, per user, or per module. Reformeer is one flat price for the whole church: every elder, deacon, pastor and finance officer included, unlimited members, and the cited Reformed AI no other platform has.
No per-seat fees. No contracts. Every elder, deacon, pastor, and finance officer gets their own login. Cancel any time.
