No re-capture, no paper forms. If the other church isn't on Reformeer yet, we email the request; their reply comes back into the conversation.

We keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way your consistory does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed world.

Questions
Does Reformeer work for churches in Australia?
Yes. Member management, ward shepherding, pastoral care, accounting, and Reformed Intelligence all work the same in Australia. Online giving through Reformeer is not yet available outside South Africa; churches keep using their existing provider.
Can we import our existing member data?
Yes. Send us your data in any format. Our team handles the migration. Most consistories are fully migrated within a week.
Which bank statements does Reformeer support?
Any CSV, PDF, or Excel export, Australian banks included. The AI reads the format automatically and classifies transactions.
