The landscape

Reformed churches in the United States.

The confessional Reformed world in the US spans the URCNA (~110 congregations), the OPC (~300), the much larger PCA (~2,000), and smaller federations like the FRCNA and RPCNA. These churches share a common polity rooted in the Church Order of Dort and the Westminster Standards, elder-led oversight, deacon-managed mercy funds, confessional membership: needs that generic, Baptist-shaped church software doesn't serve well.

Common polity: elder-led wards, deacon diaconal funds, confessional attestations

From councils running Reformeer

What councils are saying.

Gereformeerde Kerk Bloemburg recently moved over to Reformeer to simplify our congregation's administration. The migration from our previous system was simple and accurate, without a single member record falling through the cracks. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and functional. Good administration contributes to good ministry, and for that we are very grateful to Reformeer!

Reformeer has dramatically simplified our congregational administration. We pull member lists in seconds, professionally laid out and ready to use, and adding and archiving members is fast and tidy, with a proof of membership generated automatically.

The support has been exceptional. The team walks the system through with our office staff until every workflow lands, and they shape the program around what our church actually needs.

Heritage

Built by a church, not a software company.

Reformeer is built and maintained by confessional Reformed office-bearers in the Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika (GKSA), part of the same broad Reformed family as your churches. We keep the registers, shepherd the members, and manage the diaconal funds the way a confessional church does. We built the software our own congregation needed, then opened it to the wider Reformed and Presbyterian world.
